It is up to you to make the results of a smile makeover last for the long term with healthy teeth and healthy gums. You’ll have the best chance of maintaining the success of your smile makeover if you: brush your teeth with a soft-bristled toothbrush twice a day for two minutes each time; floss at least once a day; eat a balanced diet; drink plenty of water; visit us every six months for routine checkups and cleanings; and follow any additional instructions and tips we provide at your appointment.
